Exterior-only carwash starts at $13. Very fast and efficient. You stay in your car as it is washed. If you want interior cleaning as well, other car washes are better set up for that.

The Car Parlor was a great car wash experience and I hope it reopens soon as I was quite disappointed...worse than that I now see that she's permanently closed. Friendly customer service and excellent quality car wash experience at a reasonable price. I once interviewed a great new hire while riding through and I hope the family knows that we will miss them, Thank you!

I usually will not give out "5 stars," unless I have a superb experience, and this is the first time EVER that I had a blast getting my car washed. The Car Parlor's experience starts with their app you can download either to your iPhone or Android. With the app, you can buy washes, control how many available washes you still have, and even send a wash to a friend! Since you have the choice to either buying the wash on The Car Parlor's app or when you arrive at the location, you also have an option to redeem your wash to save you some time when you get to the gate. After redeeming my wash from the app, I pulled in to the tunnel, and 2 friendly workers washed the "tough dirt" from my car before allowing me to drive forward. They will ask you to put your car in neutral and that's where all the disco lights come on. The car washing shampoo they use smells absolutely amazing! After leaving the tunnel, there were two other workers just waiting to dry my car off. Everyone I've interacted with were extremely friendly, and the $20 wash I purchased went beyond my expectations!

I would like to retract my 1 star rating. Did a better more informed investigation along w the manager on site. Manger did an awesome job in answering our question and showing us how the car wash is pretty much scratch proof. Awesome! I am satisfied and would recommend this place onward. Great customer service!!

Excellent car wash, my first wash was free, can’t beat that. Car wash is reasonably priced and the tunnel with all the cleaning stuff is pretty high tech. Car looked great afterwards. Would highly recommend getting the Car Parlor App if you plan to come here regularly.

Had a great experience last night. The guys were so friendly and really went way above and beyond to help us. It was our first time there and we will definitely return regularly! The lights made us feel like we were at a club... so much fun! Great quality wash too.

Great place to wash your car. Fast simple process. They clean the outside well, you clean the inside. Monthly pass seems like a great deal. Friendly staff. Check out the Oassis very comfortable and clean. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into this place. It appears that they use more soap than most places. There's other services too.

As they say, zoom in and zoom out! It's fast, convenient, cheerful, and nicely priced. I'm impressed with how cheerful and professional the front line workers were. The price was very reasonable, I got the $16 mid tier one. I heard that they have many more service and that you can purchase these services online. The only thing I do wish is if they had a simple self vacuum service like the one up in Waipio. And really, when it is all said and done, this is a car wash. Who wants to waste 40 minutes for a car wash? I'm definitely coming back again.

Update 2022: This is now Kapi‘olani drive-thru carwash. Very similar with two lanes going into a car wash machine. Attendants at the machines can help. Lowest price car wash is $20. Very helpful and attentive workers. After the machine there is an optional wipe down where you can leave an optional tip. Original 2019: Located off of Kapi‘olani, you'll see the McKinley carwash sign before you see their own signage. Pull into the far left entrance and you'll go right into their "drive thru". Select from their screen types of wash. I just wanted the outside of my carwash. It was covered in dust and dirt. As of the date of this review there were three price options: Basic for $13, then $16 for a wax and some extra bonuses, and $20 for a more upgraded version. I chose the $16. Pay with credit card. It was easy and convenient. A few people first spray down the tires of the car before it goes into the machine. Put the car in neutral and then the machine pulls the car through and washes it down. Very gentle and very effective. Blow dry finish. Given that I don't live in an area that has access to soapy water and a place to wash my car and that my time means a lot to me, a $16 car wash in about 5-10 minutes is perfect. The car is clean and I can go on with the rest of my day. Excellent service, highly recommend.

This was an amazingly fun experience for me, and I don’t usually look forward to washing my car. I opted for the monthly unlimited package and I know I’m already saving coins. I look forward to more washes.
